We specialise in the development and production of assemblies in the micro-precision range. We can also produce these in large quantities rationally and with consistently very high quality. The mastery of all technologies, coordinated manufacturing processes and decades of experience are the key to our success.
Development and design
We develop and design on modern CAD/CAE workstations with INVENTOR and AlphaCAM.
Precision milling and turning
Precision milling is one of our core competences. We work on conventional milling centres for prototypes and small series, as well as on fully automatic machining centres for series production.
Surface and profile grinding
Surface and profile grinding is one of the key technologies in linear technology. We work on modern grinding centres and rely mainly on our decades of experience in precision machining.
Precision assembly
Only during assembly does can a module assembly be produced with precision in the micrometer range. Specially developed installation and testing procedures,m as well as highly trained employees allow us to achieve this accuracy efficiently even in series production.
Pre- and post-processing
Our manufacturing process starts with the raw material. All pre- and post-processing, such as NC sawing, vibratory grinding, deburring, ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, with the exception of hardening, is done in-house. This guarantees short delivery times and a consistently high product quality.
